Corporate Classes
We teach corporate group classes in Melbourne and inner-city suburbs. Clients can choose from classes in yoga, Pilates or meditation.
We can also work with clients on one-off classes, demonstrations for conferences, team-building exercises or any special event.
Yoga
The level of the class will be determined by the group and their abilities. Yoga is adaptable and offers variations to suit most body types. Before appointing a teacher, we will ask new clients about their previous experiences, injuries, and will discuss objectives.
Pilates
Pilates is best taught when all participants in the class have a similar level of experience and ability. We begin with the basic Pilates exercise repertoire in a well-rounded workout to train coordination, increased breath capacity, precise control and concentration. The group progresses together, building strength and flexibility.
Teachers
Classes are taught by experienced teachers familiar with working in a corporate environment. When we teach a new group the teacher will ask the individuals about previous experience, get details on any injuries and pregnancy, and discuss the objectives and expectations the group has of the class. The level of the class will be determined by the group and their abilities which may range widely. If the teacher is ill or has to travel, we will arrange for an alternative teacher.
Depending on the availability of a suitable teacher time of the class, we are usually able to start teaching at short notice.
Insurance
Studio Cirq has $10M Public Liability insurance. All teachers have their own professional liability insurance
Mats
We loan new mats and props when required as part of our service. The mats are stored at the clients' premises.
Rates
Usually we teach corporate clients in blocks of 8 or 10 consecutive weeks. The 2008 rate per 60-minute class is $120 including GST if the class is taught at the client's premises. The rate is higher if the class is taught at Studio Cirq. Fees are paid at the start of the term of classes.
