Especially now, with so much out of our control, taking classes at Studio Cirq helps me feel like I can at least control something - my health and my fitness. The high standard of teaching, the calm retreat of the studio and the flexible class schedule make it easy for me to know that I’m doing the best I can for myself.
I have been coming to Studio Cirq for several years now and in that time it has become much more than a place to regularly do exercise. The great value group classes have provided a much needed excuse for me, my friends and work colleagues to meet up and have fun getting fit together. Instructors are always energetic and willing to adapt exercises to the individual's needs and capabilities, and staff, always friendly, provide excellent service. I look forward to coming to Studio Cirq for a while yet!
