Courses and workshops are run throughout the year and if you like structure, committing to a course will build a strong foundation of practice and understanding ina a technique. Consistent attendance will be rewarded with a noticeably stronger and more flexible body, a calm, focussed mind and a greater appreciation and awareness of your own body and mind.
Early bird bookings that are booked and paid in full 14 days prior to the start date of the course receive a bonus 5 class pass for use at any of our casual classes. The pass is valid for use for 3 months from date of issue.
Anyone booked into a course can purchase a 10-class pass for use at any casual classes for just $99. The pass is valid for use for 3 months from date of issue.
All bookings require a deposit of $50 on reservation, and the balance paid at the start of the course or workshop.
